I am a Nutritionist, personal trainer and health enthusiast, and I am interested in creating a holistic diabetic friendly recipe program. This program will provide more than 50 convenient diabetic friendly meals ideas, with a focus on rich fiber and anti-inflammatory foods. In addition to the meal ideas, I will also provide overall wellness tips that have been focused on maintaining healthy glucose levels, such as stress management and tips for getting a better sleep.
This program will be available in both English and Spanish. I am also able to provide a PDF version, as well as add your own logo if desired.
