Hi, I need a web site user can upload file, search files, and download it. Login Screen should include a username password, After 5 incorrent password login user blocked automatically, There will be user groups, group leader show user's. Some roles, usercreate,useredit,userdelete, groupcreate, group etc, All action must be stored in db Roles will implemented by annotation based Tech: Spring MCV, Spring Boot, Hibernate > mysql log4j angularjs grandle project must be build on Spring Suite (Eclipse) I have a premium template, i will share freelancer so there is litte frontend job; It is simple project budget about 30$ no more. Project must be completed with clean code.
