Implement Proof of Concept: HTML Encrypted Video for offline use (w3c eme)

We're operating HTML/JavaScript web application which runs on OFFLINE client computers. All resources are delivered to the browser from the local machine (as opposed to from a remote webserver). This application needs to play video - which we have already implemented. The change we have been asked for is to use ENCRYPTED video using the HTML5/w3c Encrypted Media Extensions (HTML EME) standard and the "Clear Key" encryption. What we're now looking for is somebody to implement a Proof of Concept HTML/JavaScript application which plays a clearkey encrypted video WITHOUT requiring to contact a license key server. Instead, the key should be loaded into the video player using javascript (the key can be hardcoded into the script for the Proof of Concept). Acceptance Criteria: * Works fully offline * Uses HTML/w3c EME standard * Uses clearkey encryption * Full sourcecode available * Documentation on general approach Any questions, just let me know.
