Simple two page Bootstrap design

I need a simple Bootstrap website. All I need is the layout and nav bar. You can just use dummy text for content.
On both pages have the background black with a white content area covering all but a small border around the page.
On Page 1:
Have a navbar ribbon like the one on the left of the top photo on this page:

The ribbon should wrap around the left side of the white content area and go about 75% of the way across the content area. There should be a little bit of space above the ribbon.
Include "Home", "Page 1", "Page 2", "Page 3" for the navlinks.
On mobile devices revert to the standard Bootstrap menu button and drop down.
On Page 2:
Basically the same design except that the ribbon will be vertical. Wrap over the top of the content area and go down about 50% of the page. Include the same navlinks and on mobile devices use the standard menu button and drop down.
See the attached pen drawings for an idea of the two pages.
The ribbon should be red with a bit of drop shadow and stitching like on the example page linked above.
