IE8 fix for lightbox squished image

Hi We have a bug we cannot fix. Click on any tile, it will open image in a lightbox. Image is square and loads ok on all browsers. But on IE8, it opens lightbox and image is squished. See video here. [login to view URL] You can try it live here [login to view URL] You need to have native IE8 and not simulators etc. Fix has to be done ASAP. Don't bid unless you are confident of fixing this.
