i will do this easily. The backend will be mysql, and front end php/asp, html5, javascript. But as proposed, you have not attached the database table structure. please provide this to get a more deep insight.

Which managing the all in and out record for employees and return the payscale according to it. which developed in asp.net/c#/ajax/javascript/sql server 2008.
