Optimize Multi-store Magento for SEO and SEM

We are a small company doing eCommerce using the Magento system for multi-national sales. We have a good product but we have a poor SEO and SEM performance and a lot of duplicate content.
We need a seasoned expert to develop the SEO for us:
1. Optimization of Webmaster tools, google analytics, [url removed, login to view], sitemap, meta data, titles, texts, descriptions, keywords, urls, magento admin and other on page measures.
2. Elimination of duplicate content via all available methods
3. Optimization of structure and procedures for links, feeds, social marketing, SEM, blogs, PR etc. (you do not need to provide content, just strategy, structure and procedures).
If you are successful with this project, we will consider hiring you on a long-term basis.
As a requirement for bidding, you must:
1. Provide a proposal for a specific plan for our website, indicating which measures should be taken and how much time is needed for each measure
