This is a very simple project for an experienced developer which can be completed in hours. The ngCordova camera plugin launches the camera in native camera application and there is no way to show the preview on an HTML page. You can create a ionic project with tabs template. When the user clicks on a tab, a different page is loaded with a square window to display the image preview and a "take photo" button. When the user clicks the take photo button the device should capture a photo and preview the captured photo on a different screen. That's the entire requirement.
