We would like a template for email campaigns in one file.

We are looking for a person with great graphical skills who can make a template on english that can be used for worldwide campaigns. The important aspects of the of the template is that it clearly represents the customer with a free giftcard for a SimpleSite webpage, blog or webshop (like the picture attached). Also it should clearly illustrate how easy it is to create a website with Simplesite e.g. (1: Choose a design; 2: Choose text and pictures; 3: Choose name and go live) - other ways are also okay.
Text for the template could be something like the text in the attached excel sheet but feel free to elaborate or change if it fits better - or maybe make graphics representing the features - not all needs to be included.
As the companies primary colours are red and white we would like these colours to be part of the graphic - eg. click buttoms could be red with white text and important words could be marked in red - but feel creative :)
It's VERY important that it is created in one file - HTML file or whatever you see fit but it should be one file that can be used in mail campaigns.
