Assistive Medical Imaging Simple Overlay

Budget: 50$ This project aims at developing a new repository, as well as the source code. We will need to develop several routines to read the images on a WADO server [1] and the ".png" images, and from this, overlay the several ".png" images (i.e., heatmaps) within the image on the WADO server [1]. We already provide an API that, from a Patient ID (e.g., "12345-12345-12345/file" a ".dcm" image) and a folder with five more PNG files. The five PNG files are, for instance, "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" images. By default, if for instance the DICOM image (i.e., "12345-12345-12345/file" a ".dcm" image) has no attributed five images, you will overlay just a "[login to view URL]" image. You can overlay the same image five times. In the end, it is just needed to overlay the five PNG images with the WADO server image. We already have a prototype called Heatmap (similar to this one [2]), that is reading our WADO server images. Therefore, you just need to understand our prototype structure and, for each image coming from our WADO server, you need to overlay the five PNG images on the UI.
