Build a news website with ads banner rotation.
We need a news website with our ads banners on it, which will be displayed by rotation on this news website.
Ads banners should be rotating based on CTR (views/number of clicks), banners with the highest CTR should be shown on top places.
FRONTEND: All web pages come with unlimited scroll with ads rotation.

All news should be located on the main domain. Then in the section [login to view URL] short news with the possibility to expand it to see full text with ads banners displayed above and below the news and in the text [login to view URL]

Setting
In the news section we can create news, add the news title, short news text and full news text, news image. Then, we should have the ability to delete news.
In the ads section, add ads image, Url, ads title. Then, we should have the ability to delete ads in the admin panel too.
In the settings create a new user for ads/news section, change/reset password, set the minimal number of views for new ads banners, for example 500-2000 views , before ads banners start rotation by CTR/highest number of clicks.
The web design of the admin panel is free, up to the developer but has to be user-friendly and intuitive.
