I am looking for a developer to create a Virtual card where user can use to redeem on the websites to purchase products or play games. Virtual Card: Virtual credit cards are online cards which are not physically issued by the credit/debit card provider. It helps you to transact easily and securely through your smartphone/online. How to create a virtual card: 1. On the merchant's website, select to buy the Virtual Card. 2. On the payment page, select the payment mode as debit card. 3. Set Virtual Card Limit/ User can recharge the card (Prepaid Virtual Card) 4. Once the virtual card is created, the card number, CVV value and the expiry date will be displayed onscreen. 5. Use them to enter the card details as required on the merchant's payment page to confirm the payment. Please advise which platform you would recommend to develop on, what plugin you suggest and cost / time for the development and the plugin necessary. Requisites: 1. Proposal 2. Flow of the work 3.
