Change to latest Bootstrap + Font

I need some changes to an existing website.
- Fix the website page to use latest bootstrap style.
- Clean style and site html-code.
- Change the current font to new one. The style of new font needs to be copied from another website where css definitions are available.
No need for PHP. Just good bootstrap skills to fix one page. No visual or behavioral changes to current layout allowed.
