Convert a Template to a Website

The requirement is to convert the html prototype into a live application. Technology stack will be Java, Spring, Hibernate, Mysql. Inputs given: Complete html prototype with underlying css, js images for the 18 pages. DB tables and needed reference data. Java entity layer with java objects. What is expected from developer: Make up jsp out of html pages. Integrate the jsp and links on the pages. Add some standard front end validations like phone numbers, email etc. Make the pages show the respective data from DB. If the user edits the data wherever possible as per prototype, save it in the DB. Complete unit testing of the features developed. Development will be on java, spring, tomcat technology stack. Below are the list of pages which are to be developed; the html and underlying files are ready at our end.
