embedded google doc not displayed correctly on mobile website

I am looking for a skilled developer to help me resolve a visibility issue with an embedded Google Doc on my personal website.
I am a professor at university. I have a lot of lecture notes on google docs and want to create a site with all notes available online with collapsible menu on the side. I use Wix website builder. I tried to use an embed link from google docs. While this works ok for desktop, all text appears very narrow on a mobile view. the reason I use embedded link with google docs is because I want to be able to correct text in the google docs rather than going to Wix website all the time. But I am open for suggestions.

The only way I figured is to use iFrames, but they have limited customization and view options on mobile.
Probably, the embed doc link can be customized in code to be more responsive for mobile view.
I am open for suggestions. I am not sure how to do this. If you can suggest a better way, please let me know.
