Extract text from pages and put into resx files

You requirements are more or less clear, there are no problems for me to extract translations and replace html with ids (that are taken from resource files). I work daily with .NET (both web apps and win forms), so I am familiar with resource files, .net and related technologies. PM me for more questions / information and I am online daily.
