Japanese User Input to ruby HTML tags (javascript code)

I am looking for a developer who can create a JavaScript code from scratch to convert Japanese user HTML form input into a string that includes HTML ruby tags. The user input will be in the form of Japanese text and the expected output is a string that includes rt tags containing Furigana representations of Kanji characters in the user provided string.
Example user input:
彼は算数が得意で、数学の競技に参加しています。
Expected output:
<ruby>彼<rt>かれ</rt></ruby>は<ruby>算<rt>さん</rt>数<rt>すう</rt></ruby>が<ruby>得<rt>とく</rt>意<rt>い</rt></ruby>で、<ruby>数<rt>すう</rt>学<rt>がく</rt></ruby>の<ruby>競<rt>きょ</rt>技<rt>うぎ</rt></ruby>に<ruby>参<rt>さん</rt>加<rt>か</rt></ruby>しています。
In this case, the JavaScript code produced will lookup the kanji characters in a dictionary and put the respective hiragana readings into html ruby rt tags. I have found the [login to view URL] performs acurately in this regard. However, in the few cases where the output is not correct, the user may include hints in the input, removing the need for dictionary lookup. For example the user may input:
彼(かれ)は算数(さんすう)が得意(とくい)で、数学(すうがく)の競技(きょうぎ)に参加(さんか)しています。
This would produce the same output.
The code should make use of the [login to view URL] library (or some local, equivalent). No online translation services please (google, chatbot APIs).
Lastly, the html input should validate text input only contains Japanese characters (and in cases of hints, parenthesis). Basic input validation to protect against bad actors.
