LCP element too big on mobile - don't show background-image on mobile anymore - (Fix Core Web Vitals issue)

My core web vitals need to be better for the website, and the only issue I have is an LCP element which is too big on mobile and drastically making the load time bigger.
I think the solution is to NOT show the "background-image" any longer (because that's what shows up on google page speed) on mobile or tablets.
Very easy task: don't show the background-image any longer on mobile or tablet to decrease the loading time of the LCP element.
Important: write down exactly what you changed in my files (code added, code deleted, ...); I need to know this!
