Background. I have a website built in classic ASP inclusing a membership system. The website, including the users, run on a SQL server database. Due to the fact the website is being redesigned at the moment it's the right time to upgrade the backend as well. I decided to stick to Microsoft languages and to be more specific the .Net framework (C#). My goal is to switch from the current, home grown, membership system to the .Net Identity system. Therefore all users require to be imported in to this new membership system. All references to existing data (foreign keys, etc..) need to remain correct. Otherwise data is lost. Next to the migration to the .Net Identity membership system, I would like to have a website build based on this membership system. I'm looking for a set of basic templates I can use to complete the website. I have a programming background, but I don't have the time to build the system from the ground up. The website should have the following functionality: - User login; - User creation (signup); - Forgot password flows; - Roles and rights system. On my website you have normal members and [login to view URL] admin role is the captain of a team and has more rights; - User account page - User account update I'm sure there will be more, but these examples give you an idea of the required functionality. of course documentation is required. Project phases: 1. .Net Identity system 2. Import existing data and functionality to re-import on the final cut-over moment. 3. .Net website using .Net Identity system Thanks, Aart
