Make some MINOR MODIFICATIONS to a MAGENTO store

ONLY FINAL BIDS PLEASE, NO FAST BUT NOT ACCURATE BIDS. BELOW ARE VERY DETAILED AND STRICT REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING We need several new features on our site: 1. Show on website total number of people visitinng in the last 24 hours. "24" must be a parameter, should be changed in admin. So, in header must be text like this: "In the last 24 hours 123 people visites this website". Refreshed every 1 minute. 2. Do the above for every page: so , on any page, for example product page, we should be able to write: "IN the last 48 hours 45 people looked at this product" 3. Change sorting from combo-box to buttons. Buttons needed: "Cheaper first", "Expensive first", "Popular first", "New first" 4. Change filter like this: [login to view URL] Basically, below are different attributes names, and above - values of these attributes. Another example, with only one attribute available for sorting: [login to view URL] 5. Add the following ability: 5.1 When customer enters a website, a popup (non-modal, not-overlay) appears which tries to guess it's city based on IP 5.2. Customer can confirm or select a different city (header), using search or selecting from a list. 5.3. When customer select different city, a different store view is selected. 6. Make these attribute values to be links to specific urls: [login to view URL] 7. All the above changes must be preserved if we move to another theme. Probably as extension. 8. All changes must be made according to Magento best practices. 9. Fix an issue when cart block in header is displayed as empty but actually it contains some goods. Probably because of Lesti-FPC extension but not sure.
