I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built. The idea I have in mind is, an app where admins can send out notifications / event updates to certain end-users. End users will belong to different groups (group 1, 2, 3, etc.). So for example, Group 1 gets a notification that certain other Groups don’t. Another functionality would be that all groups get the same notification.
