What I need is a Save As user code for two files on my WordPress site.

I have a WordPress site in which I have two files placed in wp-content one is a audio recorder called audior it records a user just fine but, It saves each file to one location on my site which means no one including the individual user that created the recording can access it only the admin. I need this changed so the user who created it can access it, Save As for [login to view URL] documentation says it can be changed and says how to change the location.
My second file is a open source product called Turnjs4 a page flip book. I will also need that to be saved as user and accessible only by the user that created it.
They are presently on the site and when someone wants to look at the site I will allow access.
