I have 20 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a mix of financial, healthcare, professional services, engineering, IT and Information Systems across various industries. I have been responsible for establishing and building recruitment credibility with hiring managers, pipelining great talent, candidate management, and implementing applicant tracking systems to integrate with websites to streamline the process for both recruiters and candidates. I have crafted recruiting strategies that emphasize employment brands and made it easy for candidates to want to apply. I have a list of very happy former clients I've worked with on contract basis where I delivered great talent, built recruiting teams, and in some cases repaired the trust relationship between hiring managers and recruiting.
I am used to high volume, and I have averaged up to 160 reqs at some of my contract positions. In some positions, I was asked to help overhaul the recruitment process, reduce time to hire, restore confidence with the hiring team (which was at an all time low) and invigorate the employment brand (in addition to filling critical positions) and reduce dependency on agencies. Needless to say I am no stranger to hectic workloads or challenges.
