App or DMG that will play Microsoft ".wht" white board file on a Mac or IPad

The goal of this project is to create a "whiteboard" viewer for an apple app (or Mac .dmg) that can replay ".wht" files produced by a no longer used Microsoft "Netmeeting". No need for audio, nor any need to edit the white board, just focus on an app that can display the multipage white board, from the ".wht" files produced by Netmeeting.

I can provide a few ".wht" files with screen shots of what the files look like when using Microsoft net meeting. Imagine a white board, that will display a static image. No editing will be required at this time, simply display the pages of the white board in a similar fashion in which "Netmeeting" displayed the page. Advance forward and backward using a < > buttons. Or jump to a page using a page number entry text box. Ideally we'll produce an App that can play on latest IOS devices (IPAD, iPhone), as well as a DMG able to play on OSX Macbook Air. Running 10.9.5 or later OSX.
