App that streams media to smart tv

HI I want a sound developer or a team to develop app for windows , mac , ios , andriod and linux , that gathers media on the installed device and stream to smart tv of any make .. using DLNA or UPNP technology ... this may be furthur extended to playstation and xbox varieties as well...
