Changes to existing iphone application

We have just had an iPhone application developed (within freelancer) and need some relatively small changed made to it. The cost for the changes has come back too high (twice the initial cost), which is why we are looking for a new developer. If we find you good to work with we will be developing this application across android/blackberry/symbian/samsung, etc. The application simply allows you to view media (audio/video) that is retrieved from an xml document from our server. The changes we require are: 1. I would like you to turn the GPS on, get an accurate location then turn off for 5 minutes, then turn on, get an accurate location, then turn off, repeat this cycle every 5 minutes. If we leave the GPS on, in IOS4 is shows that it is running and consuming battery power. 2. The latest screen needs to be automatically refreshed every 5 minutes (perhaps at same time as above process) so that we can track the users location 3. Store within the phone a list of played items and only disable the controls if the item is not already on the list. These played items would also not increase the small red number shown on the latest and favourites icon, i.e. only new items as shown in the red number. Also if the number of new items is zero do not show any number – currently it shows a red “0”. I would also like the xml changed to all a tag called played=true/false so that if the user has more than one device we can enable the controls on the second device. 4. If the network is lost and the item cannot be played currently the app calls the xml/[login to view URL] page. I only want this page to be called if and only if the time spent playing is greater or equal to the item duration sent within the xml. This will prevent us from charging the customer if the network is interrupted during playback. 5. Can you cache the downloaded media? We do not want to download it every time. 6. A social media button within the item details page to send the item (with the thumbnail, title and description) to facebook/twitter/etc. Within facebook, when you click on the wall content it will take you to a web page within website that will show a preview of the media content. We would like to do at least facebook and twitter for now, but if it is simple, we would like to add as many as possible. 7. If part of the xml is blank (e.g. description, phone number, address, etc), do not show it and make it look like it was never meant to be displayed. 8. When a call is made within the item details I want it to call the url xml/[login to view URL] with the item id so that we can track who is making the call 9. Make the maps feature within the application so that the app does not close when you want to view the location of the company. This would need all the nice features such as directions to this location, bookmarks, etc. 10. Add a like/dislike button (like within facebook) to the item details page that when pressed will call the url xml/mobile_item_like.php. Once pressed it will be disabled 11. Make the application stay running on IOS version 4 so that it can update in the background. Currently many new application can stay running in IOS 4, but not the app, so some changes are required. 12. Currently the menu is not saved when you move it around within the "more" menu. Would be nice to save it for each time it is opened. 13. What is required to make this application i18n. Can we have different images and text based upon the language of the phone.
