I require complete programming and graphics for a basic instructional app by experienced developer with experience creating successful apps. Applicant needs to provide examples of recently completed projects. The app will have several screens and rolling menus with basic graphics (cartoon or stick figures). The app also needs to have the ability to take a photo and send to me. We are planning a light/free version and also an option to upgrade to paid version. We are planning several more apps to be developed later in the year and would like to build a good working relationship with the developer.
