Develop a simple iPhone/iPad app

The app will allow a user to fill out a bracket like this one: [login to view URL] You will have 32 screens, each with 2 options on each. you chose one of the two options on each screen, and are shown the next screen, where you can select one of two options again. At the very end the bracket is filled out with the options you chose. You then have the option of saving it to your pictures, sharing it on facebook, twitter, email, or picture message. Very simple app. I also need it done very quickly (less than a week).
