I made several games for iOS. I know how to make graphics for apps so it looks nice on idfferent iPhone/iPad sizes. Please check the last game I made for one of my client on App Store - its name is Symbol Bingo. It has good artwork as well as sounds. And yes, I can work with sub-contractors to deliver sound effects and graphics. The main advantages you get when work with me are often app updates and app written according to Apple standards. Also I can do this project for $35 per hour (this site does not allow to specify lower rate than you stated as minimum)
