I am looking for a freelancer who can create 2 examples of artwork using crayons. It is for a class that I am teaching on leadership, conflict and creativity. The artwork need not be of the highest artistic standards. It should be done on an art paper and then captured on camera and sent over to me.
Example:1: Visualize a situation in which 8 persons working in a team aren't collaborating at first. This results in lack of progress and frustration. Then they openly communicate and decide to listen to each other and collaborate. Now they see real progress.
Example 2: I would like to visually describe the effect of a lack of diverse ideas. Team members just do their jobs independently and wait for instructions. This isn't working and they realize that there is unique talent in the team. When they recognize each other's talents and encourage freedom of expressions, sparks of creativity are created.
It should inspire participants who don’t know anything about artwork that they express their feelings about leadership. Like I said, I don’t need real professional artwork. Just something that puts ideas ago effectively. See the attached and you will see what I mean.
