Nest: a graphic novel

I am seeking out an illustrator to partner with to create a graphic novel titled "Nest." I have been writing this project for a couple years. I have finally obtained a small budget from a local producer to make this novel a reality.
The novel follows the story of a Shia Muslim girl who is manipulated into joining a cult.
My producer can only allow a budget that pays $10 per page for an 80-90 page novel. ($900-1000 total). This is an INDEPENDENT PROJECT. As a struggling artist myself, I completely understand that this budget is lower than an average professional project, but I believe that an illustrator deserves to receive payment for his or her hard work no matter what.
Considering this is my story, I will not be receiving any payment for this project, my only goal is to make this novel a reality and focus on getting it published. Therefore, any payment received from the producer for the illustrator will be only for that purpose.
This is also an opportunity to get your illustration published. We will be working on creating a book trailer, and premiering the work at a part when the process is complete. So if there is a young artist, trying to get their foot in the door and would also like to create something that you could be proud of, along with getting paid, then this is the opportunity for you. We all have to start somewhere, so I would like to find someone that is passionate about creating something great and in need of an opportunity or story.
