Hi there, I am wanting to get a tattoo designed. The tattoo will be on the side of my leg above the knee and I am wanting it to be original. The 3 main ideas that I have are the concept of time such as a clock, my mother had cancer so i wanting something to do with that, and also the koi fish as it represents luck and fortune.

Any chance that someone could come up with something?
