Illustrate Something

I have a logo that I need modified and created in illustrator. The file I'm attaching is an illustrator pdf The car needs to be exactly the same I need the woman and wings modified I need her to look more like the woman attached I need her to be wearing a lab coat No jewelry She needs to have an nice smile teeth visible. I would prefer her head not to be tilted like in the attached image She needs to have bangs like the photo of the woman. Blue Eyes Hair with bangs like the woman in the photo. She needs to look professional (she is a dental hygienist.) Possibly convey a little movement in the hair, wings and at the tail of the car as I am trying to convey movement, her business is mobile. The wings need to look a little less insect like and a bit more fairy like but matching the style of the rest of the illustration. Please only respond if you can keep this style of illustration
