I'm looking for a reliable graphic designer who can turn things around reasonably quickly to undertake a combination of regular work on retainer, interspersed with new projects. My business provides information on policy and regulatory changes in the energy and environmental sectors. We produce regular weekly reports which need converting from plain-text word to a more engaging PDF using Indesign (we can provide existing Indesign templates but are open to feedback on ideas that would improve the layout) and are also going through a process of producing flashcards and guidance documents to explain different pieces of legislation in simple terms. These will require a bit more creative involvement to help bring our ideas to life. This is fairly routine, but regular work and I'm looking for someone I can ideally build a long-term working relationship with. I would like quotes by the hour with an estimate of how long you think it would take. Ideally we will agree a fixed fee for the regular piece then treat each flashcard and guidance document as a new project with it's own budget. By the way, if you can do video animation, that would be great, but I can hire for our needs there as a separate project.

Execute DTP for over 20 years. The time required to carry out the work is the number of pages. Estimate can be done 4 pages per hour if there is the necessary documentation (image text, etc.) It is preferable to have an identity of your company that must be kept for easy recognition (a similar layout from one week to the next) if it is a web-based pdf.
