The work will be remotely from The Philippines. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels. Digital marketing (60%): - Head responsibility to conceptualize, design and implement creative marketing materials on time. - Design our materials (brochure, catalogue, leaflets, corporate presentations, etc) and build our corporate uniqueness. - Ensure to implement effectual creative direction, brand constancy and top standards of ingenious execution for marketing materials improvement. - Group companies website design. - Assist others for creative thinking as well as brain storming sessions, consistently observe the market to be ahead. - Coordinate with managers to confirm marketing objectives. - Identifying, Planning and executing all web advertising campaigns - Design, build our social media presence in our different markets - Write and publish qualitative content (Articles, emails...etc.) - Brainstorm & implement new and creative digital growth strategies SEO/SEM (30%): - Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns - Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns - Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns. - Research and analyze competitor advertising links. - Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Community management (10%): - Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns. - Take care of the Online Customer Service (Answer calls and reviews...etc.) Your profile: - You are result-oriented and an achiever, in order to help AMOOVGROUP & MedSup develops. - Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat - You have good oral and written communication skills and are able to develop engaging content and if possible, in another language. - You have good creative skills and out of the box thinking. - Experience in setting up and optimizing AdWords campaigns - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - You have attention to detail and are able to multitask. You OWN your deadlines - You are capable of working remotely with ease. - Web editing, WordPress - Experienced in SEO, SEM implementation strategy - Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing - WRV Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports - In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Experience/academic background: - Preferably from a business school background (Not mandatory) , digital major, Internship bachelor or master - Strong Experience in Digital Marketing and Design Location: - Remotely Compensation: $850 net + Monthly performance/KPI bonus: up to $275 USD / Month + quarterly bonuses on company values + bonuses on referrals.
