Need help formatting InDesign layout for book

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me format an InDesign layout for my book. Here are the project requirements:
Change page size.
Change headings at top of page.
Advice on the book layout.
My budget is 35 GBP. Simple work if you know InDesign. The book is about 50 pages.
