2 in 1 semi-attached villa I have preliminary concept drawing/Skitch with all my needs (attached but need some adjustment) . I’m looking for an innovative & trustful interior designer to review the architecture drawing make changes if needed and perform the interior Design detailed drawings with fit out Work scop: Review Architecture planes, complete Interior, indoor and outdoor lighting design, Landscape & fit-out with shop-drawing Interior design, lighting, landscape and fit out for 2 in 1 private villa (2 attached unites in one building) in Qatar contains: (Ground Floor, First Floor & Penthouse Floor) Build Up Area ca.: 1200-1400 Square Meters. ⁃ Interior design for all areas in the building for both units incl. bedrooms, living rooms + dining areas+ open kitchen + staircase area + bathrooms and kitchen design, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor area, pantry, parking area, office /library, Gym, SPA and Roof top garden 2 Unites in one building (each unite ca. 600-700 Sqm Build up area) each has: Ground floor: 1. Guests zone: multi-use room/ guests’ room + bathroom 2. Family zone: living room + dining + open kitchen + staircase area 3. Service zone: kitchen + store + laundry room + Maid Room (in North Unite) First floor: Master bedroom 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (in the drawing its 4 bathrooms cab be reduced to 2) Penthouse: Gym + bedroom+ Roof top Garden + Maid Room (in south Unite) I prefer minimalist to light simple new classic design with simple ideas.
