Need 15000 paid subscribers on a job search site

I have a project of a job search website This is the largest search engine for jobs in the middle east but subscriber has to pay $79.99 to use it. Sometimes there is an offer and its cheaper to subscribe for the year. The challenge is to generate 10,000 paid subscribers to this website? We could run a special offer so that would help you get subscribers on a cheaper rate. This is a very popular website. Every month hundreds of people sign up. People all over the world are using this service but mainly it is people in US and Europe who are looking to start come to the middle east for high end jobs. Sometimes we run promotions for lower subscription prices. Advantage of getting the subscription is They get access to a massive database of jobs for one year, they get email alerts for specific types of jobs that they are looking for and they also get their CV translated to Arabic. What we want to do is look at how to change from hundreds per month to thousands. For tracking the subscribers we can use a special code which will track all the results of that promotion. Then we can see a report of the results. I appreciate this is a big project and will be bit hard to get 15k subscribers, but the reward will be great too.
