Hi I am looking for someone to assist in creating an animated banner for use with google. Looking for a 5-15 second animation within a banner add. I think I need animated GIFF (as I have heard there are often issues with Flash). Not sure whether HTML 5 would also assist?. I have majority of images that can be used to build the ad but also would like someone with a creative bent to help me improve and enhance my original concept. Would like to hear from freelancers that can do this task and provide me with some example of your work. Based on quality of prior work I will work closely with you to provide you with all the information and context you need to create the banner add. Thanks
