Setup Email Marketing Server inhouse in India

We are looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing, Ideally someone who has setup their own email server or know how to set one up for bulk emails. We are located in India and want to set it up locally so we can troubleshoot the server using your expertise. We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email server that is able to handle: - at least 500.000 emails per day - should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses (Minimum 50) - the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported - the use of multiple IP addresses and domain names - setup of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported - Inbox must have a high rate We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists, although opt-in, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints. We are looking for a solution that wont shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional rotating IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs.
