Generate Revenue from my Webites.

I have about 5 websites that I would like to MAX out the opportunities to make money. I'd like to hire someone who has great experience and proven results of profit/revenue making in these categories: Adsense Clickbank Amazon AdBrite Bidvertiser Commission Junction Chitika Infolinks Clicksor CPA Networks Google Ad Words Any affiliate ads I'd like to add Google adsense and avail other money making opportunities as I possibly can. Placing ads on EVERY page, with possible different ads and affiliates. REQUIREMENTS: MUST USE ALL ABOVE LISTED Resources FOR ALL 5 SITES. Also open to more suggestions on increasing more Google adsense money and affiliate revenue. PS. I basically want to make money even if people don't buy from my sites :)
