Link Building from Online Directories or Web Directories

Hi Link Building Experts, I am looking for 180 PR3 and above permanent, one way, relevant, link building for 3 links in Online Directories / Web Directories with the guarantee of 6 months or 1 year to stay in Google. The links must be good quality sites with following criteria: I have 3 links to promote and I would require 60 links for each URL all from different sites that makes 150 in total. In addition, I would like to see sample of your links and previous work. 1) The links must be of PR 3 and above 2) Pages must be indexed by Google, Yahoo and Bing 4) Links from only from good quality and relevant web directories 5) Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. 7) 100% relevant page i.e. the page must be relevant where you will publish my link such as the link should be from the category: society, People, New and Media or Government in my case. 8) Links must be from English languages websites only 9) Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable and index-able 10) Only these domains .com,.[login to view URL] ,.gov, .edu, ,org,.net 11) No article submission or directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites 12) Free or Premium One-way manual links 13) Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider cause we will check all the links. 14) A Report must be submitted to me after completion which includes columns like link URL, Link Submission page and permanent link Specific keywords and corresponding page urls will be provided. The link builder should be experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid. Please note that I dont require links from websites or blogs!
