Professional Key word research report and 400 PR3+ Backlinks

Part 1 - I Require Keyword research completed on my website resulting in a professional report. I want to know what keywords should be targeted, what traffic keywords could expect and my competition. Report should be Professional included graphics where necessary. Part 2 - I Require to start off with 400 links from PR3+ websites, usual requirements here, not too many in one go over a 30 day period, for requirements see attached word doc, standard stuff. I'm looking to continue the back-link campaign over a period of months subject to good work being completed initially. Payment by escrow, Ill pay 50% after receiving the Keyword Research Document and 50% after we have received and checked the spreadsheet of links.
