• Contractor will manage all SEO work to include on page edits, off page edits, content writing, and any other fees involved in the SEO process.

Payment terms are 100 USD a month per site with 5 keywords for website .

• After 4 months – If 100% of the keywords of a website are on page 1, no refund will be made for any of the keywords of that website.

If 100% of the keywords are not on page 1 than following conditions will be applied.

• Any keyword of a website that’s not on page 1(Top 5), a refund will be made for the amount of that keyword progress

• Contractor will be given an extra month’s grace period (unpaid) to increase kw rankings. No black hat SEO will be provided. Should Jasper Flights find illegal SEO tactics were used to short term manipulate rankings in an effort to rapidly advance rankings in order to reach the deadline, this contract will be fully voided and a 100% refund will be made.

• Client agrees that they will only hire agents with experience in white hat SEO.

• If the contract is ended before the six month period - the refund clause will not be in effect.

• SEO services for these domains will not be given to any other party while the contractor is working on this project.
