Top 3 Google Rank -- 2

Hi, This is my website: [login to view URL] I want my website to rank on the first page of google preferably among top 3 results. Currently, the page is ranked no where and it needs to be optimized. No upfront payment. Payment will be released after the site remains on the top 3 results for at least 10 days. The person who does well will be given more sites and will be hired permanently to maintain the ranking on google, yahoo, bing etc. Again, No Black Hat methods.
