Want my site earning $10-$15 daily

I do not want a Google adsense account because you can't get paid by Paypal. I would like a Clicksor account which is similar to Google Adsense. I want someone to create me a Clicksor account and site that can Generate at least $10-$20 daily. Then I want them to hand me over the account so I can monitor stastics, payment etc. The website must generate $10-$20 a day and about $300.00 a month. If you can't do this then don't bid.
