We are looking for someone who has extensive experience and a proven track record of results in significantly improving conversions on e-commerce sites. We want to form a long term partnership and have you work as part of our team in our full service agency with over 30 rockstars.
You would be taking ownership of:
Conduct internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates
Analysing data and pinpointing what to test
Coming up with hypothesis and setting KPIs for each test
Liaising with copywriters and web designers for the creatives
Keeping track of time spent on each project
Documenting the before and after
Analyse results and identify successes, failures, and trends and effectively communicate these findings to clients, stakeholders and account managers
Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimisation test set ups and present results internally and/or externally through the production of high quality documentation
Identify and suggest ways to improve efficiencies
Using heat map tracking and form field tracking
To be a good fit for the role you must have:
Documented before and after case studies, including the steps you took and your methodology and reasoning.

Have an analytical mind and passion for numbers
At least 2 years of full time conversion rate optimisation experience (agency experience a plus)
Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to client projects
Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision
Broad knowledge of online marketing concepts & the role that UX plays in achieving online business goals
Familiarity with conversion optimisation and engagement tracking tools
