Google Maps with Ads

We are a small dive company in Tamarindo, Costa Rica and want to appear properly in Google in a top ranking (see screenshots). Actually what matters is that we need to be seen on the map and not as much in the listings (for this we have already done SEO). We have 2 locations on Google maps. One is our Office in Tamarindo, which we want to push and the other one is our meeting point in Brasilito from where we leave to the dives. This goes hand in hand with Google Ads, we are sure, so we will need you to properly set up our google ads account as well. We have set up Google ads ourselves but we belive it can be done much better because our knowledge on this is limited. We need you to do the following: - Properly place us on Google maps (Office, it's already a verified location) - Set up our google ads account so it works at it's best and ads also appear on google maps. Target clients, regions etc. (to be defined in a discussion once we accept your offer) - Give us advice on what we can/need to improve - You can give us range of how much time is needed to do so - Our office needs to appear as a store (or what you recommend because of your knowledge) on Google maps What we ask: - You speak English - You work professionally and report to us about your work done (at least weekly) - You respond to our questions within 12 hours - You have experience in this kind of work and you can prove it - Inform yourself about our company and what we do. We have a website with a lot of information.
