Lingerie store needs a Facebook Marketing Specialist

We are a US lingerie store that has been around for over 6 years. We currently have about 300 visitors each day. During July and August, the peak traffic was around 500 visitors a day. So average speaking we have about 10k visitors each monthly. We have been doing Facebook advertisement for over four years and it has always been effective for us, until the end of August this year, when the traffic and conversion drop (even with the same ad creatives that worked before).
We need someone who is really good in FB marketing to figure out the reason and run this part of function for us. We are looking for a long-term relationship and expect that you will be in charge of more than FB marketing in the future.
The gross revenue for the peak months (holiday months, August 2017) are well over $10k, so we are looking for someone who can take this job with a base pay and a commission of each month's net revenue. We normally spend about $1k each month for FB advertising and would like to keep this budget.
If you are seriously good in FB marketing and would like to work with us in the long time, please let us know the base pay and commission you would like.
