I currently run a Social Media Marketing firm in Australia that focuses on building brand profiles on Social Media. I have experience working with influencers, including researching and sourcing them for clients. To begin the recruitment process I would first ask you to complete a questionnaire on your target audience and then source influencers that fit that audience. I will then contact them from my firm's accounts so that your brand is represented correctly and appropriately. I would also work with you to write up a guide for influencers to make sure that the videos & reviews reflect your brand appropriately.

Are you also compensating the influencers, or will they be receiving your product only? In my experience, influencers with larger fanbases often charge per engagement, or a flat fee for partnerships - so if you have a smaller budget, you should likely target individuals with less than 25K followers.
